Growing Up

I was imagining several ways that Nyx would look as she aged throughout the years, and the mandatory cartoony expression. As much as I want to see 'Princess Height/Age' Nyx, I more often see straight purple hair... but I think that since she is kind of Nightmare Moon, she needed a more blue/indigo element to her hair, and this style was born. I was really happy with how her mane came out in the bottom image - I've always drawn her hair flowing out away from her face, when I realized that it actually curls in towards her face and has only a slight curl at the bottom. O 3O

Why is Nyx screaming in the top left? Well duh, she's tardy. Like mother like daughter xD
